The purpose of this meeting is to present the first results of the PUBLENEF project. In these early months of the project they have conducted a series of surveys with a dual purpose; on the one hand to identify what are the main barriers and problems encountered municipalities and energy agencies when designing and implementing energy efficiency policies, to determine what are the main needs. The second objective of the survey is to identify those policies, plans or measures that have proven successful and analyzing the keys to success to draw useful conclusions from it.On the day we accompany representatives of several national energy agencies whose “success stories” have been chosen, among those collected from surveys conducted in 14 European countries in the top 20.
